- Mag chloride and brine. Sprayed on I-70 and every county road all winter. It wicks into seams and rockers and rusts vehicles from the inside out.
- Rock chips. Sanded roads plus gravel plus 75 mph equals a stippled hood and a leading edge full of bare metal by spring.
- UV at altitude. Roughly 25 percent more intense than at sea level. Clear coat fails years earlier here, especially on horizontal panels.
- Hail. Colorado sits in the country's worst hail corridor. Summer storms can fill a hood with dents in ninety seconds.
- Racks, gear and dogs. Ski and bike racks scratch roofs, tailgates get stood on, and interiors take a full season of wet gear.

Common questions
Can you fix hail damage without repainting?
Usually, yes. If the paint isn't cracked or chipped, paintless dent repair pushes the metal back to shape from behind the panel. Your factory finish stays intact, which protects resale value and takes far less time than bodywork and paint.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We write estimates that adjusters can work from, and we handle supplements when hidden damage turns up. You can also pay out of pocket if a claim doesn't make sense for your deductible — we'll quote both ways.
How long does rust repair take?
It depends entirely on how far it has gone. Surface rust on a rocker can be a couple of days. Perforated metal that needs a patch panel, sealer and refinishing runs longer. We tell you which one you have before you commit.
Is ceramic coating worth it up here?
For a vehicle that sees winter roads and summer sun at altitude, it's one of the better dollar-for-dollar protective moves. It won't stop a rock chip, but it slows UV damage, resists mag chloride staining and makes washing off winter grime much easier.
